Refund and Cancellation Policy

Product categories fall under "No Return/Exchange"; unless

1.       We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.

2.       There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you.

3.       The merchandise got damaged during transit, and we are not able to provide you with a replacement.

Except lingerie, swimwear and intimate wear involve hygiene concern, the same shall not be considered for return as well.

All sizing issue returns are refunded as store credits, which can be redeemed by you within a span of one year.

Your refund amount will not include any shipping charges or for/against any promotional vouchers used at the time of order. Your courier charges will be reimbursed in terms of Coupon Code which will be sent via email and SMS to your registered email address and mobile number respectively for your future shopping.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account

 To Return Just Follow These Steps

1.   send an email at trendshoppercare@gmail.com  within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographs and our customer care team will assist you accordingly. Please mention Order number in subject line to help us quickly process your returns.

2.  Please ensure that the product is returned with the tags, original packaging, invoice, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

3.  We don’t facilitate reverse pickup of your product all destination therefore we request you to return your product within 10 days of registering the complaint. Please ensure that your shipment reaches our warehouse within 10 days from date of raising the return request. Reverse pick up from your shipping address will be available soon only in select locations, which falls under the service network of our courier partners.

4.  Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

5.  Your refund amount will be accepted post validation by our quality team.

6.  In case we don't receive your product with 10 days your refund/replacement request would be cancelled.

7.  Your returns not validated by our Quality team will be shipped back to you on to pay basis as per your request received via email.
